Our accessibility commitment

This platform is developed with the goal of complying with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for the components built specifically for this site. This includes compatibility with common screen readers, full keyboard navigation for every interactive element, a logical and consistent heading structure on each page, descriptive alt text for any meaningful image, color combinations that meet minimum contrast requirements, and forms that are clearly labeled and usable without a mouse.

What this commitment does not cover

This commitment applies to the components StephensCode builds for this platform. It does not guarantee full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA, or with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), for documents, reports, or other content that the Ramah Navajo School Board (RNSB) provides directly, including PDF files, since those materials are created and formatted outside this platform. This statement is also not a formal Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and has not been produced through a third party accessibility audit.
