RNRNSB Housing Platform

Privacy

This page explains how the Ramah Navajo Housing and Community Data Platform handles data and protects household privacy.

What this platform publishes

This platform publishes only aggregate, de-identified housing data that the Ramah Navajo School Board (RNSB) has approved for public release. Data is combined across households before it appears here, and no household-level record is ever published. As an added safeguard, any public count that would represent fewer than five households is suppressed rather than shown, so that a small number can never be traced back to an individual home or family.

What this platform does not do

This platform does not publish names, exact addresses, or precise household locations. Any maps or location information shown here are limited to a level of detail that RNSB has reviewed and approved, and are never precise enough to identify a specific home.

Contact form submissions

If a visitor submits the contact form on this site, the name, email address, and message provided are used only to respond to that inquiry. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not published on the platform.

RNSB's authority over data

RNSB retains full authority over what data, reports, and materials are approved for public release on this platform. Nothing is published here without RNSB's review and approval.
